Terms and Conditions

We at West Country Hog Roast try to keep things simple for our customers but we do have to have a basic terms and conditions for the use of ourselves and our customers.

For weddings and events booked in advance.


DEPOSIT

Once you have received our quotation either in writing or verbally we require a deposit to secure the day in the following way:

  • A deposit of 25% as soon as you are sure you wish to use our services, this guarantees the date is secured.
  • A further 25% one month before the day.
  • The remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks before the day.
  • Any deposits made are non refundable.

If our staff are booked for your event please make sure that you have agreed with us that the times you require staff are correct as any hours that our staff work over the agreed times will be charged at our normal rate.

You cannot make changes after 2 weeks before the day unless this has been agreed with ourselves.

By making a booking for any of our catering and services we will assume that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.


With regard to food left over

The food left over is yours and can be left with you for yourselves and your guests but we cannot be held responsible for the temperatures you hold the food at after we have left the venue.

All food is brought to you at the safe and correct temperatures.
